What do I need to run this?
Claude Code and a GitHub repo. Claude Code requires an active Claude subscription (Pro or Team) or an Anthropic API key.
Do I need a Claude API key?
Yes — Claude Code uses your Anthropic API key or your Claude subscription. Launch Foundry delivers the AI team system; you bring the API access.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro later?
Yes. Complete the intake again and select Pro — your new package will be generated with the full roster and your chosen expansion pack.
What is an expansion pack?

What does the download include?
