Who we are

Launch Foundry is a product built and operated by Konstantinos Sakellariou. We sell a self-serve AI team system for founders — a configured workspace you download and install in your repo. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

During Stage 1 (waitlist), we collect:

• →Your email address — submitted voluntarily through the waitlist form
• →Basic analytics — page views, CTA clicks, and session data via PostHog (no personally identifiable information in analytics events)
• →No cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to function

We do not collect payment information at Stage 1. Stripe will handle payment data directly when purchasing becomes available — we never see or store card details.

How we use your email

We use your email address for one purpose: to notify you when the Launch Foundry package generator goes live. We will send one notification email. We will not send marketing emails, drip sequences, or newsletters unless you separately opt in to those. We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.

Where your data is stored

Waitlist email addresses are stored in Supabase, a cloud-hosted Postgres database with servers in the EU. Supabase operates under standard data protection agreements. Analytics data is processed by PostHog, which can be configured for EU data residency.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you ask us to delete it, or until the product launches and you either convert to a customer or do not. If you have not purchased within 12 months of launch, we will remove your email from our list.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To do so, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR and the UK GDPR respectively — including the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
