What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of the Launch Foundry website and the free AI Team Kit. Launch Foundry is operated by the Launch Foundry Team.

The free AI Team Kit

The kit is free. You may use, copy and modify it for your own projects and businesses, including commercial ones.

The kit is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is a set of instructions and configuration files for AI tools. AI output can be wrong, so you are responsible for reviewing anything it produces before you rely on it, and for the way you use the kit in your own projects.

We may change the kit, release new versions or stop offering it at any time.

Consulting and other services

Our services (such as Where AI Fits, Up and Running, Show Me, Train Me, Made to Fit and Steady Support) are provided under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, quote and conditions. Submitting an application on this site does not create an agreement or an obligation for either side.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated abuse of the forms, and no use of the kit to break the law.

Intellectual property

The Launch Foundry name, logo and website content belong to Launch Foundry. Files you create with the kit belong to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch Foundry is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or the kit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
