Terms of Service

Stage 1 — Waitlist only. These terms currently govern waitlist sign-ups. No purchase, no delivery, and no payment is involved at this stage. Full purchase terms will be published when the package generator launches.

What Launch Foundry is

Launch Foundry is a self-serve AI team system for founders. The product is a configured workspace — a set of agent definitions, team configurations, rules, and hooks — that you download as a zip file and install in your own code repository. It is built to run inside Claude Code and requires an Anthropic API key or Claude subscription.

What the waitlist is

Submitting your email to the Launch Foundry waitlist is an expression of interest only. It does not constitute a purchase, a reservation, or a contract. You are not paying anything and we are not committing to deliver anything by a specific date. Joining the waitlist means you will receive one email when the package generator goes live. Nothing more.

What we are not committing to

—Ongoing free access — Starter is free but terms may change

Intellectual property

The Launch Foundry brand, wordmark, website, and all product configuration files are the property of Konstantinos Sakellariou. Once purchased and downloaded, your configured package files are yours to use, modify, and keep. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense Launch Foundry packages or present them as your own product.

Disclaimer

Launch Foundry is provided as-is. We make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or the behaviour of any AI model used alongside the product. Results depend on how you use the system, your project context, and the underlying AI model — all of which are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your tier.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We will publish updated terms before Stage 2 (purchase and delivery) goes live. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone on the waitlist. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
