Practical AI help, in clear steps.

Start with a review of your workflows. Then we set things up and train your team. Each step has a fixed scope and a custom quote, so you always know what you're getting.

Work with us

Not sure where to start? Most businesses begin with Where AI Fits and Up and Running.

Step 1 · Most businesses start here

Where AI Fits

A review of your workflows, with a clear AI plan.

Before anyone buys a tool, it helps to know where AI will actually save time. We look at how your business really runs and give you an honest, prioritized plan.

Who it's for

  • Small teams that know they should be using AI but don't know where to begin
  • Businesses where a few people already use AI tools on their own, without shared rules
  • Owners who want a straight answer on cost, effort and risk before spending money

What happens

  1. A conversation about your business. We learn how your team works, where time goes, and what frustrates people.
  2. A closer look at a few key workflows. For example, answering customer emails, preparing quotes, writing reports, or onboarding new staff.
  3. A review of the tools you already have. Many teams already pay for AI features they've never used.
  4. Your AI Plan, explained. We walk you through it and answer your questions.

What you get

  • Your AI Plan: quick wins you can start this month, bigger opportunities for later, and things we'd advise you to skip
  • For each idea: tool options, rough costs, effort, and risks, in plain language
  • Simple safe-use guidance for your team
  • Available in English or Greek

Step 2

Up and Running

We set it up with you, properly.

A plan only helps once it's working. We set up the tools and workflows from your AI Plan, test them with your team, and hand everything over in writing.

Who it's for

  • Businesses that have a plan (from Where AI Fits, or a clear idea of their own) and want it done right
  • Teams that don't have the time or technical confidence to set it up themselves

What happens

  1. We agree the setup. Which tools, which workflows, who uses what.
  2. We configure it. For example, AI assistants for your team, shared workspaces, ready-made templates, a library of tested prompts (instructions you give the AI), and simple automations between the tools you use.
  3. We test it on real work. With your team, on your own tasks, and adjust what doesn't feel right.
  4. We hand it over. A walkthrough session and a plain-language guide.

What you get

  • A working setup, tested on your real tasks
  • A plain-language how-to guide: where to click, what you should see
  • Safe-use rules written for your business
  • A handover session with your team

Step 3

Show Me, Train Me

Hands-on training for your team.

Tools only help if people feel confident using them. Our sessions use your team's real work, not generic examples, so people leave knowing exactly what to do next.

Who it's for

  • Teams that just got a new AI setup and want to use it well
  • Businesses where some people are excited about AI and others are worried about it
  • Owners who want the whole team on the same page about what's safe

What happens

  1. We learn what your team does. A short conversation before the session, so the exercises match real tasks.
  2. We train, hands-on. People try things themselves, on their own work, with us there to help.
  3. We follow up. An optional clinic a few weeks later to answer the questions that come up once people start using it.

Formats

  • 90-minute introduction: what AI is good at, what it's not, and how to use it safely
  • Half-day hands-on session: practical exercises on your team's real tasks
  • Full-day team workshop: deeper training across several workflows
  • Follow-up clinic: questions, fixes and new ideas after a few weeks of use

What you get

  • Exercises built from your own work
  • A one-page cheat sheet
  • A prompt library your team can reuse
  • Clear safe-use rules
  • Available in English or Greek

When you need it

Made to Fit

Custom connections and automations.

Sometimes ready-made tools aren't enough. When your plan calls for something specific, like connecting two systems that don't talk to each other or automating a step that's unique to your business, we build it.

Who it's for

  • Businesses with a clear need that off-the-shelf tools can't meet
  • Teams that already have a working setup and want to go one step further

What happens

  1. We define it. Exactly what it should do, and what it shouldn't.
  2. We agree the scope. A fixed scope and quote for that piece of work.
  3. We build it. We test it with you and document how it works.

What you get

  • A working custom connection or automation
  • Clear documentation, so you're never dependent on us to understand it

Optional

Steady Support

Ongoing help as your use of AI grows.

After setup, new questions come up. New tools appear. New people join. Steady Support gives you a set amount of our time each month for support, improvements and new ideas.

Who it's for

  • Businesses that have finished Up and Running and want someone to call on
  • Teams that want to keep improving without starting a new project each time

What you get

  • A fixed amount of time each month, agreed up front
  • Help with questions, fixes and small improvements
  • A short check-in on what's working and what to try next

Questions

What does it cost?

We don't publish one price, because a 4-person office and a 40-person team need different things. Tell us about your business in a short application, and we'll send a fixed-scope proposal with a custom quote. No hourly meter. No obligation.

We're not technical. Is this for us?

Yes. Most of the businesses we work with aren't technical. You know your work; we handle the setup and explain everything in plain language. If your team can use email and a web browser, they can use what we set up.

Is our data safe?

We treat it that way from day one. We recommend tools with business-grade privacy settings, keep our own access to the minimum, set tools so your data isn't used for training where the tool allows it, and sign a confidentiality agreement if you'd like one. We write down what can and can't go into AI tools. You keep ownership of every account and every file.

What will it cost?

Every business is different, so we don't publish one price. After your application we send a fixed-scope proposal with a custom quote. No hourly meter, no surprises. If a tool needs its own subscription, we name it and its cost up front, and we often start with tools you already pay for.

Will my team actually use it?

That's what we design for. We build around tasks your team already does, train them on their own work instead of generic examples, and leave a short written guide. If something doesn't get used, we'd rather find out and fix it than add more.

Do we need to buy new software?

Not necessarily. We start with what you already have. Many teams already pay for tools with AI features they've never switched on. If something new would clearly help, we explain why, what it costs and what the alternatives are, and the decision stays with you.

How long does it take?

Timelines depend on your team and scope; we agree them in your quote. Training sessions can be a 90-minute introduction or a full-day workshop.

Do you work in Greek?

Yes. We work in English and Greek (Ελληνικά), remotely across the EU.

Not sure which one you need?

You don't have to know. Tell us what's taking up your team's time and we'll suggest where to start.
