Unzip the download.
You'll see a .claude/ folder, a CLAUDE.md file, an install guide and a CHANGELOG.md.

Copy them into your project.
Into the root of your project, the same folder where your code lives.

Windows only: use the PowerShell hooks.
Every hook has a PowerShell version. Copy .claude\settings.windows.json over .claude\settings.json (the install guide has the exact command). No Git Bash needed.

Open Claude Code in your project.
Ask @master for anything. It routes the work to the right specialists.
You'll need Claude Code and an Anthropic account. The kit is plain files in your project: no extra service, no lock-in.
Updates
The kit keeps improving. You can hear about it.
Every kit has a version number and a changelog. If you choose to, we'll email you when a new version is out with a short summary of what's new and a link to get it. Updates are opt-in, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Is it really free?
Yes. The full kit, every pack, no payment. We give it away because it's the best way to show how we work.
Why do you need my email?
To send your download link, and to know how many people use the kit. We don't share it. Update emails and the newsletter are separate, and both are off unless you tick them.
Do I need to be a developer?
The kit is built for people working on a software project with Claude Code. If you run a business and want AI in your team's daily work without the technical side, our services are probably a better fit.
